In the same way, the office can dispatch and make changes to work orders that notify the appropriate technician in real time. SWRemote allows the user to become a paperless office while providing technicians with more tools for the job.
SWRemote provides technicians with customer history notes before they arrive on a job to give a better understanding of customers’ needs and present upgrade opportunities. SWRemote allows users to capture data and complete forms even when there is no internet access; information will be uploaded once an internet connection is re-established.
